Convienient to check-in online. Only down side is they recently closed early and I wasn't able to get a haircut. I showed up 4 minutes before closing and the didn't provide the best customer service they could even though they had no one in the lobby. Yolanda stated she was the GM and was very obnoxious and rude in her tone.

Got the nape of my neck a 1 guard wanted a design but they couldn't do the design there still very friendly and quick wait time I was skeptical with all the other reviews but first time there was a pretty good experience
I would just like for stylists to be more informative. They go to school to work the skills of hair styling and work with different hair textures. So I'm expecting to be given some good advice when I'm wanting a certain look or trying to avoid one. Is that too much to ask?
Friendly, yes and I was in and out in a timely manner. Granted it was a slow day, but i was'nt satified with the cut experience. I have thick hair and wanyed a bob. I asked what could be done to not have a triangle look to my hair when styling. And I explained I was no longer using heat on my hair to improve its health. There was no advice given. Except that i could curl it under with my blow dryer or flat iron.
More expensive for just trimming ends on long hair than I liked...But prob us the same price at most places
