They're friendly, knowledgeable, and they almost always have what I'm looking for. Everything you want in a small town hardware store.
I'm a do it yourself repair man. Sometime I get stuck and they help me solve any problem I have. With a smile
It's okay in a pinch. Much rather go to the Home Depot for better prices and selection. Some of the employees are rude and talk down to the customer. Better know what one is looking for rather then asking for help, especially the young boy who is running around the store on the weekends. Him and a couple others could benefit from some training in customer service and friendliness.
