Horrible service, not friendly at all.... went through drive thru, did not receive my complete order. Came back to restaurant to get rest of order, never received apology. On top of all that they didn't have any hot sauce. The guy on the intercom didn't even look or sound like he wanted to be there. NEVER going there again!!!!
Usual Taco Bell fare. Employees are cheerful and helpful, and doing well considering the place just opened. Good job! The swing in reviews is explainable. Walk in the door: if you've got three or four people working, you'll have a good experience. If some of the employees didn't feel like showing up to work that day, you might be waiting for a while. Luckily that doesn't happen too often.
Got charge for somthing and didn't even get it put in my order, got like chicken patties in our quesadillas instead of the regular chicken fajita , and our drinks were really watered down,
It's a Friday night and the place is dead yet every table is dirty including the floor. If the dining room is this dirty I wonder how the kitchen looks? Do the employees get paid to just stand around and look at the mess hoping it will clean itself??
