Went into the office to look for a package that's under my name and not the address due to complications at the post office, and the clerk simply said "Nope it's not here" without looking further into where it was.
Issue after issue!
The online records show that they have the package but I guess the clerk knows more then what the system does....
Packages are REGULARLY delivered to wrong address in same subdivision.
I've tried calling their office twice with the same recording stating that they're closed. When it's an hour before their posted closing time!
Not happy I've had to start changing delivery address to work in San Antonio.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! 1 attempt to deliver package before making us pick up at post office AND there was a release on it but the delivery guy was too lazy to get out of his truck. Went on USPS website (same day of attempt) to schedule re-delivery, even after getting the confirmation it would be delivered, it never was. Tried calling the post office numerous time during regular business hours and recording comes on to call back during regular business hours. Package was for my daughter's birthday party and we even paid extra to have expedited.
Call time every time is over an hour wait even at 9:01am.
Staff is sometimes friendly and helpful. Packages are often lost. too many times, where I'm expecting a package and my tracking number says it's been delivered to my PO Box but the staff never finds it.. I don't know who's taking the packages but having a PO Box there is unreliable..
